Bio

« Raven is a simple and estranged high school student surviving off of Sunkist and various foods. She is often times found beneath piles of CDs, schoolwork, and magazines. She is indeed a gamer and a Hakuei fangirl. She is an admirer of the Gothic and Lolita style, but could never find herself being that cute and girly, so Kodona suits her just fine. She is also often found making random cat noises for no apparent reason.

Extra

« Music she enjoys includes, but is not limited to Rammstein, KMFDM, Penicillin, Linkin Park, PIERROT, Miyavi, Crack6, Origa, Yoko Kanno, LUCY, machine, BLOOD, Seo Taiji, Silver Ash, Psycho le Cemu, Nightmare, Hyde, L'arc-en-Ciel...

Smells Like Teen Spirit

So, yeah... I don't really plan on updating much anymore, as most of my peoples are going away, and then most of my other peoples aren't on xanga anymore. I never needed xanga anyway. You dorks that really want to read about me and junk can zip on over to http://afterhourphoto.livejournal.com/ . That's my real journal.

I leave you with this, because I find it spiffy. Nirvana fans probably won't like it, but I prefer Kirito to Kurt, anyway.

... You know...

I'm disgusted at how rude 90% of the graduating IB class is. It's really damn disgusting that you people can't RSVP to a frickin' party or show up.

Funny how when two other nice girls throw a whole class Xmas party, everyone busts butt to show up, yet someone else who isn't "in" cliques and such does the same sort of whole class party thing, no one gives a damn. It looks like the IB class wants to kiss ass. Or at least, it looks that way.

Grrrrr! I don't think anyone knows how mad it makes me when 3 damn people out of 80-something kids show up to a party. This is why I refuse frequently to be in pictures with the classes and such. I question whether I really want to be associated with these inconsiderate and RUDE people.

EDIT: Yes, I know some of you couldn't go and I know some of you peoples are kind enough (polite enough) to say so. You're obviously excluded from my death glare rant. XP

Just to clear that up.

HOLY FUCKING JESUS CHRIST! HAKUEI AND CHISATO ARE GOING TO BE AT A-KON!

... I think I just had a heart attack...

I'm going to Texas in June to see them. I don't care if I have to god damned hitchhike to do it. I am going. And none of you can stop me. I'll probably bite off a limb if you try.

God, I'm still in a mild state of shock...

An Update

All right, I'm sitting down and writing something... finally.

I was previously out of town. In Indiana. In the Twilight Zone otherwise known as Washington. Not Washington state, but Washington, Indiana. Crazy town. WEIRD town. You want Stepford? You got it. Everything is creepily perfect.

Anyway, I got to be the schauffer for people and deal with a male puppy. Male dogs are always a little more crazy than females. Erk. Milo dried to escape when we left to go out to eat from my great grandmother's house. Then, later that day, when we left to go to the hotel, we discovered that -he- discovered a dead crow in the yard. A puffed up dead crow overcome with rigormortis showing no signs of external injury... meaning disease had killed it. Fortunately, Milo hadn't bitten into it. He was just gingerly holding it, trying to find a place to settle down. We eventually got him away from the bird via extremely good timing and yanking on the leash. We disposed of the crow, making sure he wouldn't get a hold of it.

The thing probably had died from West Nile. It's possible it had migrated South, picked it up in the South, then migrated back home to the North.

So, it's Spring Break. That's great. Everything for me is due April 5 and 6. That's not so great. I need to finish my animation ASAP. I need to finish my CAS hours ASAP. I have a Biology report to write even MORE ASAP. I have a Film Commentary on Bride of Frankenstein to create and semi-memorize ASAP.

Damn school.

Past school, I have to locate some black Konad nail polish for doing my nails for Prom. I don't like fake nails. I don't like trusting my claws to anyone else. Nyeh. Speaking of Prom, I received my altered dress on... Monday of last week. It's nice. A little racy, since the slits come up almost to my hip. Guess I'll have to wear pantyhose or risk looking like the Hong Kong prostitute. I thought about making a corsage for myself, since the dress is sleeveless, and I'll need something to balance it out on my arms. I might wear those lace fingerless gloves Kelly got me with it. Might. I'm not sure if it should have that or something of the longer, opera-like sort. Everything else I have taken care of (shoes, makeup, etc).

I have money now, so I could buy stuff. Could. I still have to gas up my car. Oh, yeah, in late news, I have a car now. Yay. Or something...

It's driven me (ignore the bad pun) to sew for money. I'm making a more "Princess of Hearts" loli-headdress. It's almost done. I just have to make one more rose and sew it on. Ribbon roses aren't so much the bitch I thought they'd be. They're still a bit of a bitch to do, though.

I've been hanging around on Gaia a bit. Accessorizing my avatar, mainly, and questing. I'm an anti-social person.

I need to work on my stories.

I wish The King and The Clown would hurry up and come out on DVD. I want to see it so damn bad. Lee JunKi's a good actor.

A good looking actor, too. Mwehehehe.

I don't have anything else to say except DAMN THEM. I hate skirts. Now I have to wear one for graduation. It can't even be a long skirt. What? Do they WANT us to flash everyone as we go up the steps? "Oh hey everyone look at my underwear!" Yeeesh... Oh well, I was thinking of making a pleated schoolgirl sort of skirt and grungifying it a bit. Like a Putumayo skirt. Like this. I'll see how hard it is to make that sort of a skirt.

Birthday

So, my birthday is on Feb 23.

But that's a Thursday.

So, I'm having a simple birthday dinner at Olive Garden at 6 PM on the 24th, Friday. You don't have to bring gifts, but I certainly can't stop you if you want to.

And dammit, RSVP. I do have to make reservations. Either comment here, email me at haldenlith@yahoo.com, stop me at school, or something. I'd put my cell down, but I'm not that stupid.

I'll be getting actual invitations out ASAP, since my printer's dead (out of ink). Yes, that means I have to use the school printers for my IA-History stuff, or my grandmother's. One of the two.
